Treatments are exclusively for women, by a Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) approved, fully qualified female therapist.
In order to achieve optimum benefit from aromatherapy treatments, and select the most suitable blend of oils for each individual client, an initial consultation is included prior to the treatment and is included within the prices listed.
It is recommended to new clients, who have never had a full-body massage, to choose a back-massage as an initial treatment, before progressing and experiencing the benefits of a full-body massage.
Back Massage
A deeply relaxing back massage, targeting specific areas of tension, found particularly in the neck and shoulders, using a blend of pure essential oils with therapeutic properties, to soothe away the stresses and strains of the day.

Indian Head Massage
A very popular, and wonderfully relaxing massage. Starting with the upper back, shoulders, neck, face and head, and gently working through to the tips of the hair. Floating away tension and promoting a feeling of total relaxation and well-being. Oils are optional, but advisable as these aid the massage and help to condition the hair. A perfect opportunity, to de-stress, after a busy day. You can remain seated throughout the whole of this treatment. Just sit down, relax and unwind.

Well-Being Massage
